After having worked for over 12 years in the development sector (out of which 7 based in Africa, Latin America, and the United States) with the UN (UNESCO, IFAD), development banks (IADB), international NGOs (Save the Children, SOS Children Villages) and the Swedish Development Cooperation, she founded A future in 2015. A future is a brain trust with the purpose to amplify the private sector’s role to create value for current and future generations, in a holistic and collaborative way. Through a dynamic, multi-cultural group of independent international advisors with a global entrepreneurial business network they raise the awareness of company leaders that they have a unique opportunity to transform their companies into instruments for great change, while increasing profits. With tailor-made services they motivate them to act and support them in all stages on this journey. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and is a Certified Expert in Microfinance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
